[Twisted-Python] nntp protocol supports moderated newsgroups?

Quick question regarding Twisted's nntp server.  Please CC me, as I am
not on this mailing list.

I need to do some testing of moderated newsgroup support in Mailman.
Does Twisted's nntp server support moderated newsgroups?  If not, I'll
look into hacking it in, but I wanted to make sure I'm not duplicating
existing work.
