[Twisted-Python] Win32 installer for Python2.3

I am looking for twisted1.0.6 for Python 2.3 for Windows. There is a 
installer for Python2.2, but I could not find anything for 2.3. I do have 
VC++ 6.0 but could not figure out how to compile from the UNIX sources.

It would be nice if somebody could help me.
