[Twisted-Python] 1.0.6alpha3

1.0.6alpha3 is out there, and it's got new HTTP timeout code
activated, thanks to Jp Calderone. I've deployed it on pyramid,
and hopefully we won't be having any more downtime due to FD
"leakage".

1.0.6 final should be out by the end of the month.
