As stated on the front page of http://twistedmatrix.com/ :

    "... Twisted, an event-driven networking framework written in Python and
    licensed under the LGPL."

Also, if you download the software you'll find it contains a file named
"LICENSE", which contains the LGPL.

(Possibly this could be made clearer, though; maybe the "Download" page
should mention the license?)
