[Twisted-Python] Still "totally, totally broken" ?

Just curious -- this is line 436 et seq. in the CVS version of
t.i.defer.gatherResults ...

     if fireOnOneErrback:
         raise "This function was previously totally, totally broken.  Please fix your code to 
behave as documented."

Anyone know if this is still the case?
