[Twisted-Python] creating source tarball from svn tree

You probably just want to do something like this (from the parent 
directory of your Twisted checkout):

svn export Twisted Twisted-20050426
tar zcvf Twisted-20050426.tar.gz Twisted-20050426

The release script looks like it does something much, much worse :)
