[Twisted-Python] 2.0.0 pre-pre-release

Not yet. There will be by the final release, or sooner if itamar or
whoever gets around to it.

So, has anyone tried any of the packages? I would really like it if
everyone told me what packages they installed and tested, even if it
went smoothly. ;)
