[Twisted-Python] ANN: Nufox 0.1.0

Bonjour,

On windows I needed  to change all   __file__ by  util.__file__

I needed also to copy examples and doc dir from nufox to  
C:\Python24\Lib\site-packages\twisted\python .
After that twistd -noy  examples.tac works fine.
