oneShotExample.tac was a tac that cablehead wrote to do some testing pre 
0.1, the README
suggests using the examples.tac. It seems that I got some poor advice 
about absolute paths in
setup.py, the current setup.py is horrible, I'll be fixing it tonight 
and doing a 0.1.1 bugfix release,
for now perhaps just run it from where you unpack the tarball, relative 
paths work fine.
