[Twisted-Python] unsafe tracebacks in PB

Hi,

Just wondering, why is it possible to turn on unsafe
tracebacks only at the server and not at the client?
PB being symmetrical, this discrimination makes it
arbitrarily difficuly to debug PB applications
sometimes.
