[Twisted-Python] Possible Twisted sprint

I'd be glad to be here, of course. I don't have anything scheduled
around September/October for now, so those dates are great for me.

Regarding the topic, I'd like to at least come up with a list of tasks,
so that we can discuss a bit about them before and really get stuff done
during the sprint.

My suggestions, which may be attached to lists of tickets:
 * general twistd improvements, logging in particular
 * conch bugs fixing
 * any bugs that will make some buildbot slaves green (and kill
intermittent failures)
 * maybe twisted web client?
