[Twisted-Python] no more annoying certificate warnings on buildbot.twistedmatrix.com!

I pushed up some changes to Braid <https://github.com/twisted-infra/braid> tonight and deployed them; we are now using TxSNI <https://warehouse.python.org/project/TxSNI/> in production.

The practical upshot of this is that you should no longer see annoying certificate warnings when visiting https://buildbot.twistedmatrix.com/ <https://buildbot.twistedmatrix.com/>.

So please do that and go review some tickets :).
