[Twisted-web] more vhost.NameVirtualHost implementation for nevow

Added a few features:
* Nesting vhost.NameVirtualHost instances

* Listing hosts if default == None and listHosts == True

* default, and listHosts can be passed to the constructor with default  
values of None, and True respectively.

* return rend.NotFound[0] if both default and listHosts are None
