As Twisted is LGPL 2.1'd, you don't need such permission.
You can freely use it together with your applications, you don't have to
release the source of your application.
In case you modified Twisted itself and want to redistribute modified
product, you have to release sources if it.
Did I get LGPL 2.1 right?
