[Twisted-Python] The Twisted registration form

I noticed that the URL to which the Twisted registration form is
submitted, http://www.twistedmatrix.com/license/twisted-registration,
has no extension at the end.  So is this form handled by a .epy
script?  If not, how was the form handler registered with the Web
server?  THanks.
