yeah, looked at that -- it's not all that much more powerful than actual
deferreds, so far as i can tell, and the patterns it produces seem odd.
i'm betting that E (http://erights.org/) has a better answer to these
sorts of concurrency problems. (besides, i am instantly suspicious of
people who use the word 'calculus' when talking about programming)
