[Twisted-Python] Twisted 1.0.4 - Typo in code

Hi, a mini-tiny nit.

In Twisted-1.0.4/twisted/persisted/styles.py, the doc-string writes
"peristed" instead of "persisted".

P.S. - Is there an email address I could use for such nits, instead of
bothering the whole list?
