[Twisted-Python] Anyone can tell me what is the advantage of Twisted, compared to JAVA or C AS?

Now I will start up a game program and am choosing a good platform to use.I 
am interested in Twisted but I don't know it verhy much.
Anyone can tell me what is the advantage of Twisted, compared to JAVA or C 
application server?An d what is the advantage of Twisted for MMP Game 
programming?
