Let me retract this adjective from my response. Twisted Matrix 
Laboratories is far from nebulous -- we're a tight-knit group of 
hackers, just as the web site says. However, TML must no longer be 
defined as "those who hack on Twisted", since Twisted is no longer the 
only project run by Twisted Matrix Laboratories (well, there were 
Twisted Java and Twisted Emacs and some others before, but those were 
never very popular). Now, TML must be defined as "those who hack on TML 
projects". >:-)
