[Twisted-Python] twisted.names; tinydns file format patch

For anyone else who, like me, can't read bind formatted files :)

It seems to work well enough even if twisted.names and tinydns behave slightly differently.

Supports all common data lines from: http://cr.yp.to/djbdns/tinydns-data.html, but doesn't support wildcards, timestamps or client location filtering plus one data file can only contain one SOA.

Generated against Twisted 1.1.2alpha2 using diff -urN
