[Twisted-Python] Installation assistance needed

Norman,
The ./INSTALL instructions are for a Debian apt-get installation only,
unless I missed something. There is a reference to a .spec file, for
rpm-based systems, but that is all. Sorry, I'm an application
developer, not a system administrator. This is one area where improved
documentation is needed. The 'python setup.py install' command is
obvious, in hindsight, but if widespread adoption is a goal, nothing is
ever 'obvious'.
