[Twisted-Python] Two Suggestions and one Question

1) Interface Based Service Discovery
"hey, is there a Service running that provides IStatistics, or can you
start one. If so, give me a reference"

2) Move deprecated interfaces into seperate files (makes both reading
the source, and the generated documentation more pleasurable), that are
(possibly conditionally) imported via from *. 

3) How's the status on pyprotocols and logging module integration?
