[Twisted-Python] PyICQ-t and Twisted Was: How to uninstall Twisted 2.0?

Ok  right now I have different oscar.py's for PyICQ and PyAIM  so I'll try
to merge them together in a sensible manner and hand in what I have right
now.  Suppose I should probably document a lot of it too.  ;D
