[Twisted-Python] anyone interested in helping work on a UPnP server?

Hey there,

I want to look at extending shtoom's UPnP support to create a UPnP server for
Linux &c. I can do the work for the UPnP side, but I'm not particularly clear 
on the commands needed to insert the relevant ipchains or whatever rules.
