[Twisted-Python] twisted installation mac

Hi, 

I am attempting to install twisted on os x.3.  I did not find the package in the package manager as the installation instructions suggest.  I found this thread here:  http://twistedmatrix.com/pipermail/twisted-python/2005-February/009613.html - 
but it does not state what installation to use.  Can someone please point me in the right direction?
