It doesn't?  Why not?  "Chat" doesn't have to mean "text", does it? ;-)

Seriously though.  NAT traversal code would be welcome in words.  Maybe 
there's a common layer it depends upon?  If it made sense to put SIMPLE 
anywhere in Twisted, it would be in twisted.words.
