[Twisted-Python] twisted & wxpython & COM server

hi all!
  i'm trying to develop a COm server application with wxpython, but i have
many thread problems (the GUI can't be in the same thread of the COM server
and also if i do it I have serious cleanup problems...). Can twisted help me
in maintain my GUI in a separate thread and talking to the COM server
instance?
