[Twisted-Python] Twisted Sprint in Australia

Hello,

I reckon it's about time for another AU sprint.

The likely locations are Sydney or Melbourne, and the likely dates are
any weekend in May, the first weekend of June or the last weekend of
June.

Topics are as yet undecided.  I intend to remove wait() entirely.

I tentatively suggest that the Sprint be:
- In Sydney
- June 24-25
(patches accepted)
