Do you get any output at all? It is not uncommon for the full test suite
to take as long as ten minutes. It might take even longer, depending on how
fast the machine running the tests is.
You may also want to try running a subset of the tests. To run only the core
tests, "trial twisted.test". To run only the web tests, "trial twisted.web",
etc.
