[Twisted-Python] twisted 2.5 on Debian

This question would be more appropriately addressed to the maintainer of
the Twisted packages in Debian, Matthias Klose <doko at debian.org>. You
might also consider filing a wishlist severity bug requesting that
Twisted 2.5 be packaged. I suspect, however, that the impending release
of etch may be the reason that this has not yet been done.
