[Twisted-Python] Jabber support in Twisted Words

Hi,

I'm looking for a Python XMPP library for a new project that I'm writing and
I have to questions regarding Twisted Words:

 * How XMPP compliant are its jabber components (anywhere near 100% of the
base specification?)?
 * Which version of Python is required to run Twisted Words?
