[Twisted-Python] Status of the Bazaar mirror

Hello committers,

There's a new svn post-commit hook that should keep the bzr mirror up to 
date.  It might slow down commits a little bit, maybe by 10 seconds or 
so.  You can find the bzr mirror at 
<http://svn.twistedmatrix.com/svn/Twisted> (/trunk, /branches/halfclose- 
tls-5341, etc).  Let me know if you notice any problems with it.

Thanks to Adi Roiban for writing the scripts to keep the mirror up to 
date and to James Knight for pointing out flock(1) as a way to avoid 
problems with concurrency.
