[Twisted-Python] (no subject)

Hello

I'm starting to learn twisted, I wanted to test the example of twisted
documentation:  finger11
http://twistedmatrix.com/documents/current/core/howto/tutorial/intro.html

Its is possible to use twistd in Windows console  ?
I tried
- twistd -y finger11.tac but twistd is not recognize
- python finger11.tac, it's run the script but stop and the prompt symbol
come back

How we can test this script ?
