[Twisted-Python] Minor fixes in the “Customizing twistd logging” section

Hey there --

One way would be to use virtualenv to gather the dependencies without
installing them globally:

mkdir -p ~/venv
virtualenv ~/venv/twisted_docs   # `sudo pip install virtualenv` first if
you don't have this command
source ~/venv/twisted_docs/bin/activate
pip install sphinx twisted
cd <repo>/docs
make html
