[Twisted-web] Safari and LivePage in nevow 0.4

I did notice this, but I really wanted to do the 0.4 release at PyCon 
and didn't feel like debugging this. As you can see, the error is not 
very helpful. Anyone who has time to figure this out, please do :-)
