[Twisted-web] LivePage as a mixin

Should the guts of LivePage be some sort of mixin so that pages than
cannot subclass LivePage can also become live pages?

I use the word mixin loosely. I really don't care if it's a traditional
Python-style mixin; it's really the effect of a mixin I'm suggesting.
