That dreid! It worked. Twisted supports Ruby CGI out
of the box as 'RubyScript' . Which is weird, because I
googled on "Ruby RPY" and various combinations and
nothing came up to indicate that it would work. 

I guess the moral of the story is Don't RTFM because
TFM is incomplete. Just try it and see if it breaks
anything.
