A Resource capable of handling the POST request method.

Class Variables	maxMem	maximum memory used during the parsing of the data. (type: `int` )
	maxFields	maximum number of form fields allowed. (type: `int` )
	maxSize	maximum size of the whole post allowed. (type: `int` )
