Implement DTD loading (from a local source) for the limited number of DTDs which are allowed for Lore input documents.

Instance Variables	filename	The name of the file containing the lore input document.
	knownDTDs	A mapping from DTD system identifiers to FilePath instances pointing to the corresponding DTD.
